Even at that young age, those around him recognized a quiet strength, a sincere heart, and a growing passion for the things of God.

 

As he matured, that passion only deepened. By 19, he stepped into leadership as Youth President at the Jamaica Evangelist Center, guiding young people with wisdom far beyond his years. His ability to connect, inspire, and lead made it clear that God was shaping him for greater responsibility. In his mid‑20s, he was appointed Assistant Pastor, a role he embraced with humility, discipline, and unwavering dedication.

 

In 2013, Pastor Spence followed the Lord’s leading to The Full Gospel Pentecostal Church of God, Rowlandsfield—now known as Full Gospel Faith Miracle Cathedral Churches. There, he continued to serve faithfully as Assistant Pastor. When the church’s former Pastor passed away, Pastor Spence accepted the call to shepherd the congregation. With grace, compassion, and a steady hand, he stepped into the role of Senior Pastor, guiding God’s people through seasons of growth, healing, and renewed vision.

 

Pastor Spence’s ministry is anchored in a simple but profound belief: the church is a family. To him, the body of Christ is a place where people are nurtured, supported, and strengthened—where every individual is valued and every gift has purpose. He teaches that true leadership is not about position, but service; not about being elevated, but about lifting others.

 

What fuels his ministry is a deep conviction that everything done for God must be done intentionally—with purpose, excellence, and love.
